SHIMLA, Dec 23: Seniro IAS Officer AK Khachi is likely to overtake BK Agarwal to be the new Chief Secretary of Himachal Pradesh.
Sources in Himachal Pradesh Administration told Cross Town News that, Khachi has emerged as frontrunner after BK Agarwal had shown initial signs of not so much interest in Chief Secretaryship.
